John Amburgey President - CEO     

Employ over 100 skilled and professionals to construct/remodel over 1000 projects for Military Installations, Hospitals and Various Private Projects and Residential. Projects range from $5,000 to $5.0 million. As CEO, institute company policies for all aspects of the business, including Project Development, Marketing, Financing, Financial controls, Project controls and Supervision and Recruitment of Construction Professionals. Represent the company on all negotiated work and provides customer care. Specialties include project supervision, marketing, scheduling, change order preparation, claim analysis, proposal preparation and strategies for marketing new customers. Has extensive knowledge in all facets of Construction.

                                                       
Jose Rosas - VP Construction Group     

Supervising all aspects of the General Construction Group. Provide project management expertise, such as cost estimating, scheduling, budget preparation and review with Owners.  Provide expertise in job controls such as cost, quality, and best-value procurements. Successful track record with general engineering, general building and specialty contract types associated with: work-plan, design/build, and design/bid/build project types. Mr. Rosas is responsible for supervision of General Contracting Personnel, Office Staff, Project Managers, Project Superintendents and Quality Control Staff. He oversees all aspects related to contract performance for IDIQ BOA, MACC, MATOC, POCA, and JOC contract vehicles. He is ultimately responsible for contract performance and profitability for the General Construction Group. Mr. Rosas has been with the firm since 2004.
               

Joe Fuhring – Controller

Controller with 25 years of experience developing and implementing financial systems, strategies, processes and controls that significantly improve P&L scenarios. Expert in establishing accounting functions, systems and best practices; cost-reduction, automation and tax strategies; and lasting business relationships to ensure goal-surpassing fiscal performance. BA degree from University of Portland; Masters degree in Financial Management Golden Gate University.

Ben Crockett - Safety Officer  

Responsible for all safety aspects of the business.  Mr. Crockett has over forty -five years experience in the construction industry. Much of this experience came with thirty-five years at the United States Veterans’ Administration at West Los Angeles, California, serving as the Assistant Chief Engineer. He has managed and supervised all aspects of the Engineering Divisions including the Operations, Maintenance and Repair of Facilities, supervised the Projects Chief in the administration of various construction projects from major to minor.
